FAQ

Do you keep the photos?

Once the product is created, the photo is deleted. In case there is a defect with the product and you need a replacement, or you need another product with the same photo in the future, you'll have to send it to us once more.

Where do i send my photo?

You can send it to our email, info@photofuze.store, or via our store chat and also provide us with any further requests about the product, like effects, etc.

Do you offer express delivery?

We only offer standard delivery. You can see the shipping times in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We don't currently offer gift packaging, but we'll let you know about any possible changes in the future.

Are there any further charges during checkout?

The price that you see for each product, is final. Which means, the price of the international shipping costs is already included. That way you know how much you pay for each product, before even clicking "add to cart".

What's the process for making an order?

Choose your product as you would normally do and make a purchase. Then send us your photo (please use the same email to make the order AND to send us your photo. Otherwise we'll have to reach back to you, to see which order matches your photo and that would delay the process and thus your order). Your order will remain on hold, until we receive your photo, so we can begin working on the design. If you make an order, but don't send us any photo, we will have to cancel your order.
